Your individualized Golf Performance Program will provide you with a detailed analysis of swing faults, stabilization and posture training, plus a performance exercise program.

Your Golf Performance Program includes:

The Golf Performance Program is offered five days a week! We are providers for the American Physical Therapy Network, and we accept BCBS, most HMO's and PPO's, Medicare, Auto Insurance and Workman's Comp.
